FujiFilm are hosting both the launch and closing parties at their Covent Garden store.
The event kicks off at midday on Saturday 20th June 2026 in the upstairs gallery. We'll begin with a brief introduction covering logistics for the weekend and how everything will work - then you're free to get started.
The Fujifilm House of Photography will be open to Premium ticket holders from midday until 22:00 on Saturday, and again from 09:00 until midday on Sunday 21st June. The closing party will also take place at the same venue at midday on Sunday.
Throughout this time, bag and kit storage will be available, so feel free to leave anything you don't need - just make sure to collect it before closing at 22:00.
Fujifilm have also generously donated a Fujifilm X Half digital camera as a prize, worth £540
For the duration of the event, Fujifilm are offering free kit loan. If you'd like to try out one of their cameras or lenses, this is a fantastic opportunity to do so. Visit their website to arrange a loan:

Tripods and specialist kit not needed. Lens suggestions from ultrawide 14mm through to 70mm should be useful.
Street Photo Walk with Doug Stratton
15.00 - 16.00
Starting point: Royal Exchange (Bank tube station exit 3)
No tripods needed, just a simple 24-70mm lens is ideal.

Long Exposure Workshop

What to bring: steady tripod is essential as we will be shooting exposure longer to 1 minute. 10 stop filters are also essential. If you also have 6 or 15 stop (or similar) bring them too. Remote shutter release or use timer on camera.
Light Trials Workshop
21.30 - 22.30
Meeting point: South side of Westminster Bridge by the Lion statue.

Into the night with Doug Stratton
22.30 - 23.30
Meeting point: Fujifilm House of Photography. Location will be closed at the this time, so meet directly outside.
Shoot street at night with the lights and sights of Soho. No tripods as we need to be spontanious. but a mediu zoom of 24-70 or similar is ideal, a faster lens of 2.8 is ideal, but any lens will work.

London Underground Architecture walk
08.00 - 09.30
Meeting point: Baker Street Tube Station.

Tripods and flash are not allowed to be used. A small bean bag can be handy to level a camera on a bench or similar for long exposure. Lenses from 14mm to 70mm is ideals.
Photo Challenges over the weekend

A photo challenge will be posted onto our Facebook page every two hours, thus 12 challenges. We will also add them to this page by the end of the event.
All photo submissions must be posted as a reply to the individual Facebook post.
